Villa Gelincik is situated in Selimiye Village, on it's own private road, apart from other buildings - perfect to allow you to relax, unwind and enjoy your summer holiday. A large private "infinity" pool is all yours to cool down and enjoy the magnificent views out over Selimiye Bay.

Villa Gelincik was hand crafted using local stone, labour and architect and we have taken a lot of pride in producing this villa locally.

Villa Gelincik facilities include:

4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin).

4 bathrooms (including 3 ensuites). A shared bathroom, with all facilities is on the ground floor.

Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area.

A fully equipped, open plan kitchen (gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, wall oven).

Very comfortable lounge, with wide couches, a flat screen TV, DVD player and free WiFi internet.

40m2 private infinity pool (consistent 1.6mt depth).

Unrivalled views out over the Aegean Sea.

Very private - the nearest building of note is over 50 metres away.

35m2 shaded pool side terrace; includes outside dining table for 10 people and a cushioned bench seating/relaxing area.
