There are many wonderful traditional sights around Turkey, the local markets provide a stunning array of colours and characters to typify the local culture. Here you can see a lady making delicious Gozleme pancakes, a local man grilling fresh corn on the cob as well as a wonderful fruit and veg stall, brought to market fresh from the fields and in all shapes and sizes, not like the uniform packets you see in the local supermarkets back home!
